‘Intervals’, produced in the context of ‘reshaping of everyday life’, is about the imagery formed in the mind of the listener. The work consists of systematic recordings of narratives that are very mundane in our lives.  Piecewise continuity is the methodology to induce pluralistic meaning. While meaning may be formed by intra-text and extra-contextual bonds, the “decelerated” nature of the narrative  prevents the possiblity of any meaningful meaning to form in the usual sense. The work, therefore aims to exist in the creative process of the listener who experiences it and re-creates it as part of (or as a result of ) their own existence. The sound installation develops as a slowing down reflex against the ever so fast and accelerating life.
